This print silk-chiffon dress features elastic smocking at the stand-up collar and a 3-button closure at the split V neck. Elastic smocking at waist and at single-button cuffs. 3/4 raglan sleeves.  3/4 sleeves. Semi-sheer.

Dress is 3/4 sleeves and semi sheer
Length of Dress is about 34.5 inches (from back of neck to bottom of dress)
Length of Dress is about 14 inches (from the middle of elastic waist bend to bottom of dress)
Sleeves are 3/4 length and measure  21 inches

(Paired with leather jacket and ankle boots and slip dress lining)
